Job description

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Internal Sales Specialist to join our team at Veratron HQ in Switzerland. As part of an international and dynamic environment, you will play a key role in promoting innovative electronic solutions for outdoor applications, including marine, two-wheelers, and professional vehicles. In this position, you will manage aftermarket sales, nurture customer relationships, and actively contribute to business growth within your assigned regions. As a valued member of the Sales team, your contribution will directly impact our commercial success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Logistics, Product Management, Marketing, and Accounting, as well as with customers worldwide.

Job requirements

YOUR PLAYGROUND

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers via phone and email, while actively acquiring new customers in your regions

  • Define and negotiate sales targets with aftermarket customers and monitor performance

  • Conduct customer visits and represent Veratron at exhibitions to identify and evaluate market trends

  • Prepare and manage price lists, including customised commercial offers

  • Support customers in product selection and promote new solutions

  • Collaborate closely with the Logistics department to ensure smooth order handling and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in Salesforce

  • Provide operational support to the Sales Director 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Electronic Engineering (or a comparable qualification)

  • Experience in an international environment is an advantage

  • Willingness to travel and strong flexibility

  • Fluent in French or Portuguese and professional English are mandatory; German is a plus

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Office; experience with Salesforce is an advantage

  • Strong team player with a resilient, customer- and solution-oriented mindset

  • Analytical thinking, open-mindedness, and a passion for technology and social media
