Job description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented internal sales employee for Veratron HQ in Switzerland to join us. As a member of an international team you will be responsible for the promotion of electronic products for outdoor applications: marine, two wheelers and professional vehicles. In this role, you will manage aftermarket sales, maintain customer relationships, and drive growth in your assigned areas. As part of the Sales team will you highly influence the sales success of the products. You will work in close collaboration with engineering, logistic department, product management, marketing, accounting, and customers.
Job requirements
YOUR PLAYGROUND
Maintain regular contact with existing customers via email or phone and acquire new customers in assigned regions
Negotiate sales targets with aftermarket customers and monitor sales performance
Conduct customer visits and attend exhibitions to assess and evaluate market trends
Prepare, maintain, and manage price lists, including creating special price offers
Assist customers in selecting products and introduce new offerings
Collaborate with the logistics department to support customers needs
Maintain and manage customer data in Salesforce
Collaboration in marketing activities and in Veratron's social media presence
Support of the Sales Director
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in business administration, marketing or economics
Experience in an international company preferred
Commitment to travel and flexibility are required
English and professional Spanish, knowledge; French, German, or Italian are a plus
Advanced skills in SAP and MS-Office. Ideally experience in SalesForce
Strong personality, teamplayer, ability to work under pressure, customer- and solution-orientated
Analytical skills, open-mindness and passion for technology and social-media
